• The automatic gauge for distance and diameter input (up to 28″ rims) and the LA Sonar device for wheel width measurement allow an immediate detection of all necessary wheel parameters.
• Positioning of counterweights with SPOTTER laser pointer for the correct positioning of the adhesive counterweights and Side Laser two lasers at 12 o’clock, which accurately indicate the positioning of the spring weights.
• Pneumatic locking of wheel.
• OPB: One plane balancing. If, at the end of the spin, the machine detects that it is possible to correct both imbalances with a single weight, it automatically proposes the correction with OPB.
• For each wheel that is balanced, the software AutoAdaptive Mode detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel.
• Once the measuring launch is completed, thanks to the Automatic Approach system, the wheel automatically stops around 15° from the exact point of application of the counterweight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with a little movement.
