NITROGEN GENERATOR having capacity of 18,0 Nm3/h (5.000 lit/h), dedicated for the professional inflation of car and motorcycle tyres. The nitrogen generators produce nitrogen by the separation of the entering compressed air through membrane filters. This membrane separates oxygen molecules from the nitrogen ones. At the generator outlet the nitrogen purity is 95%. To obtain a good starting level of nitrogen purity, the entering compressed air goes through an oil-separating filter in order to retain solid and oil particles up to 0.01 micron. After that the air passes through an activated carbon filter to eliminate any trace of vapour from the gas.
